Xait is a Norway-based, innovative software development company, specializing in web based database solutions. We provide our customers with software for document publishing and collaboration. Since our birth in 2000, Xait has expanded beyond the Norwegian borders and today has a marked presence across the world. Our product, XaitPorter, is the preferred collaborative writing software for the oil and gas industry and is used by clients worldwide.
We are proud to work with some of the largest companies in the world. Out of the oil and gas companies applying for acreage on the Norwegian shelf in the 21st licensing round in 2010, almost 100% are XaitPorter customers (see complete list of the companies that applied here). Also, two out of the current top four Fortune 500 companies (see list here), and five of the top twelve Global 500 companies (see list here) use XaitPorter to produce business critical documents.
